It is through this anchoring that they enable investors – institutional or private – to direct their capital towards investments that are useful to the local economy.

Creating jobs

The idea of growth goes far beyond turnover and includes the company’s activity in the broadest sense, such as exchanges with its stakeholders, customers or employees. One of the first visible consequences of successful growth is employment. Between 2015 and 2020, 280,000 jobs were created in companies supported by private equity players.
