Manifesto : 16 concrete proposals to unleash the potential of private equity in Europe

In the context of the upcoming European elections, France Invest intends to contribute to the debate and published a manifesto of 16 concrete proposals to unleash the potential of private equity in Europe.

The French private equity market, including private equity, private debt and infrastructure financing, represents a tremendous opportunity to strengthen our sovereignty, stimulate innovation, create value, foster job creation and contribute to general prosperity. 

In an ever-changing world, with its many challenges, private equity is an essential cog in meeting tomorrow’s needs. By investing in promising initiatives and supporting bold entrepreneurs, we are shaping a future in which Europe is resolutely competitive, sustainable and inclusive.

In this manifesto, we set out our ambition: to give greater support to businesses, to help them transform at every stage of their development, to encourage long-term investment, and to promote a Europe that is stronger in the world, greener and more innovative, more equitable and inclusive.
