She also has an extensive knowledge of sustainable finance. She advises management companies and funds, in particular on the compliance of their ESG procedures. She also combines legal expertise with lobbying knowledge. She advises actors and associations specialised in the financial sector.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, she joined Simmons & Simmons recently. She started her career in several well-known international asset management companies. She joined in 2006 the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) as expert in charge of the regulation of Private Equity and Venture Capital, before becoming, in 2010, Deputy Head of Internal Audit. She moved to France Invest (French Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) where she became Head of Legal and Tax Affairs and then Deputy Managing Director in charge of the management and monitoring of France Invest lobbying actions plan mainly regarding Legal, Regulatory and Tax matters both at national level and at European level.
France held a Master’s Degree in business law (Paris II Assas University) and post Master degree in European and International Law (Rouen University). She obtained in 2008 an Executive MBA (HEC business school) and the AMF certification (Test of Minimum Knowledge) in 2011.
